Who is Oho for?
Oho serves any organisation with a duty of care that needs thorough screening and ongoing compliance monitoring, including healthcare providers (AHPRA, NDIS), education institutions (WWC, teacher registration), aged care facilities, disability service providers, and recruitment agencies screening at scale.
Key terms
| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| Credential | The thing a worker holds: a clearance or registration such as a Working With Children Check or an AHPRA registration. |
| Check | The act of Oho confirming a credential against the official register (also called a verification). Adding a credential runs one. |
| Qualification | Training a worker has completed, such as a Certificate III or a first aid ticket. A peer of a credential, not a kind of one. |
| Worker | A person whose credentials you check: staff, volunteers, contractors, vendors. Workers don't sign in to Oho. |
| User | A person who signs in to Oho to manage workers, add credentials and keep on top of compliance. There's no limit on how many you add. |
| Organisation | The part of your business a worker sits in (a site, team, business unit or region). Every worker belongs to one, and you group, filter and report by it. |
| Applicant | Someone you're still considering in recruitment. What they submit carries across when you hire them as a worker. |
