Record a verification-source run in Run History

/openapi/v1/credentials/verification-source-run

Record a completed run for a credential-verification source performed OUTSIDE GMS (e.g. the NSW WWCC portal runner). Creates a DataHubExecutionRequest linked to the source so the run appears in the source's Run History with status, timing, and a report (scanned / updated / errors). Does not trigger any executor — it records an already-completed run.
