Plans and features

Oho is sold as three products, and the continuous-monitoring one comes in three tiers. This page says which product or tier a capability belongs to, so you can tell whether something you've read about here is part of what your organisation bought.

It carries no prices and no billing terms. For a quote, the current tier contents, or anything about your own agreement, talk to your account manager or see weareoho.com/pricing.

Why a feature might not appear in your Oho

A page in these docs describes the feature as built, not as sold. If a screen or menu item the docs mention isn't in your Oho, the usual reasons are:

1. Your plan doesn't include it — find it in the tables below.
2. You're not an Admin. Most settings pages are Admin-only. See Roles and access.
3. It needs switching on for your organisation, separately from your plan. NDIS Worker Screening, SA Working with Children checks and police checks each need set-up work by Oho before the self-service steps are available.

Oho Recruit

Pre-employment screening, priced per candidate. A candidate is sent a recruitment check, completes it themselves, and you decide on the result.

Working out whether you have something

The fastest answer is usually the app itself: a feature your plan doesn't include has no menu item, so if the page the docs name isn't in your left-hand menu or under Settings, you don't have it. Check you're signed in as an Admin first — a missing settings page is far more often a role than a plan.
