One-off verification

As soon as a worker's credential is in Oho — a Working With Children Check, an AHPRA registration, and so on — Oho checks it against the official source straight away. You don't have to ask for it; it just happens.

What you get back

An immediate answer, shown as a simple outcome with a colour: cleared and current, a problem to act on, or something that needs a person to review. For most registers the result comes back in seconds; a few take a little longer.

However the credential arrived

It doesn't matter whether you entered the details, imported them, or the worker submitted them — the moment a credential lands on a worker, Oho runs this first check. That's your baseline: you know where each person stands today.
