Verification Sources

A verification source is a connection Oho makes to an official register or authority to check a credential — for example, the Victorian register for a Working With Children Check, or AHPRA for a health practitioner's registration. You set sources up once in the Verification Sources tab, and from then on Oho uses them to verify the matching credentials and re-checks on the schedule you choose.

Most sources just work against the worker's stored details. A few need a little more setup — portal sign-in details for South Australia, mapping your organisations to the provider's for NDIS Worker Screening, or narrowing which workers are covered for aged care banning orders. Each source's page notes anything special.

A couple of sources aren't available yet but are on the way: the Office of the Children's Guardian (Working With Children Check for NSW) and PharmacyID (an additional National Police Check provider).
