You need the worker's full name, card number with issue number (for example 1519921/2), and expiry date. Oho confirms the card is valid and that the details match.

None. This is a public page, so there is no login to provide.
Linking
Manual employer linkage is available in Queensland, but it requires action by the employer organisation. Oho doesn't establish it automatically.
Good to know
Checks run in real time. Renewals don't update on their own, so a renewed card must be re-checked.
