HRIS and payroll integrations​

Connect a system you already use and Oho imports — and keeps importing — workers, applicants, and the credentials they hold, on the schedule you choose.

Availability: Available — per-connector status (including Beta and assisted setup) is listed on the hub

Spreadsheet and file import​

The fastest way to get started: fill in Oho's template, connect it once, and Oho creates your workers and starts verifying the credentials you've listed. Works as a one-off load or a recurring sync.

Roles and access​

Not everyone who logs in should be able to do everything. A role decides what a person can see and do, and you can narrow their view to the organisations they're responsible for.

Single sign-on (SSO)​

Let your team sign in with the accounts your organisation already manages, with no separate Oho password to create, remember, or reset.

REST API and webhooks​

Do anything the app does from your own code, and get a push the moment a result changes so your systems stay in sync without polling.

How it works​

However your people arrive — typed in, imported from a file, synced from an integration, or created over the API — they become the same worker record, and Oho verifies and monitors their credentials the same way. Integrations run on a schedule, so a change in your source system flows through without anyone re-importing by hand.

For developers

Authenticate, create workers and credentials, page through large result sets, and subscribe to events. Bulk import is available for large one-off loads.

Good to know​

  • How Oho recognises a returning worker rather than creating a duplicate depends on the source — see Map your fields for match keys and re-sync behaviour.
  • Syncing a worker in doesn't start the ongoing re-check loop on its own; add a verification source for the credential types you hold.
  • Don't see the connector you need? Request a connector, or use the spreadsheet or API route in the meantime.
  • Integrations is an admin area — if it isn't in your menu, ask an admin in your organisation.
