Request a Connector
Can't see the system you need when you connect a data source? Tell Oho what to build with Request a Connector. Your request feeds Oho's connector prioritisation, and you can keep loading data with a file-based import while you wait.
Your system on Oho's connector roadmap — and, in the meantime, your people already in Oho via a spreadsheet or SFTP import.
Where to find it
In the left menu under Admin, open Data Sources and start a new integration. At the bottom of the source picker you'll see the Request a Connector card:
Don't see your system? Let us know what you need.
Select it to open the request form.
What to include
The more detail you give, the faster Oho can scope and prioritise the connector:
- System name and vendor — e.g. "BambooHR", "Deputy", "Rippling".
- What data you need to sync — workers, applicants, and/or the credentials they hold.
- Roughly how many records — a ballpark is fine, e.g. ~500 workers, ~2,000 credentials.
- Any deadline — if this is blocking a go-live or an audit, tell us the date.
What happens next
Your request is logged and feeds Oho's connector prioritisation. Systems with clear demand, volume, and deadlines move up the queue. We'll follow up if we need more detail to scope the build.
In the meantime
You don't have to wait for a new connector to get your workforce into Oho. From the same source picker you can:
- Connect Excel — upload a spreadsheet of workers and their credentials.
- Connect Google Sheets — the same, from a live sheet with no file to host.
- Connect SFTP — a scheduled file drop for larger or recurring loads.
- Add a worker manually — best for small volumes or one-offs.
