Integrations
An integration brings your workforce data into Oho from a system you already use, so you don't have to add people by hand. Instead of typing in every worker, you connect a source once and Oho imports — and keeps importing — workers, applicants, and the credentials they hold.
Integrations are set up under the Integrations tab and run on a schedule you choose, so your worker list stays in step with your source of truth.
Available integrations
- Excel — import workers and credentials from an Excel template
- Google Sheets — import workers and credentials from a Google Sheet
- SFTP — import workers and credentials from a file dropped on an SFTP server
- JobAdder — import applicants and job history from JobAdder
- IntelliHR — import workers and job history from IntelliHR

You can request a connector from the Integrations page — tell us the system you use (for example Workday, SAP, or BambooHR) and it helps us prioritise what to build next.
