HiBob (Bob)
The HiBob connector is in Beta. It's ready to use, and we're continuing to refine it as more customers connect their accounts.
Import your workers and their current job from HiBob (Bob), the HR platform. Connecting HiBob keeps your Oho worker list in step with your HR system of record, so people don't have to be added in two places.
What it imports
Workers and their current job assignment from HiBob, along with worker status (active or inactive) and organisation details such as site and department.
What you'll need
A service user created in HiBob by your administrator (under Settings > Integrations > Automation). Oho connects with the service user's:
- Service User ID
- Service User Token
A service user has no access until you grant it, so give it read permission on the People category before connecting — otherwise the sync returns no one. There's no file to manage — Oho connects directly to the HiBob API. See Get your auth details → API key or token.
How it runs
Oho syncs from HiBob on the schedule you set, so new starters, role changes, and terminations in HiBob flow through to Oho on their own.
By default both active and inactive employees are imported. If your HiBob account is a sandbox, you can point the integration at the sandbox address in its advanced settings.
