UKG Pro
The UKG Pro connector is in Beta. It's ready to use, and we're continuing to refine it as more customers connect their accounts.
Import your workers and their current job from UKG Pro, the HR platform. Connecting UKG Pro keeps your Oho worker list in step with your HR system of record, so people don't have to be added in two places.
What it imports
Workers and their current job assignment from UKG Pro, along with worker status (active or inactive) and organisation details such as work location. Workers employed across more than one company in your tenant bring in a job for each.
What you'll need
A service account created in UKG Pro by your administrator (under System Configuration > Security > Service Account Administration). Oho connects with:
- Service Account Username
- Service Account Password
- Customer API Key — the short code shown on the Web Services page
- Service URL — your tenant's service address, for example

Make sure the service account has the View role for the Personnel Integration and Employee Person Details web services. All four values are required together — a missing Customer API Key is the most common reason a connection is rejected with no clear error. There's no file to manage — Oho connects directly to the UKG Pro API. See Get your auth details.
How it runs
Oho syncs from UKG Pro on the schedule you set, so new starters, role changes, and terminations in UKG Pro flow through to Oho on their own.
By default both active and terminated employees are imported, so people who leave are marked inactive rather than disappearing. You can switch to active employees only in the integration's advanced settings.
