Oracle HCM
Import your workers and their job history from Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, the HR platform. Connecting Oracle HCM keeps your Oho worker list in step with your HR system of record, so people don't have to be added in two places.
What it imports
Workers and their job history from Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, along with worker status and organisation details. Where Oracle HCM records qualifications, they map to Oho credential types so they can be checked against the register.
What you'll need
A dedicated, read-only integration user created in Oracle HCM by your administrator — a non-human account for the connection, scoped to read only the workers and fields Oho imports. Oho connects with:
- Your service endpoint — the base web address of your Oracle Fusion HCM environment (production and test environments differ; use the one you want Oho to read).
- The integration user credentials for that account.
There's no file to manage — Oho connects directly to the Oracle Fusion HCM REST API. For the full step-by-step setup, see the Connect Oracle HCM guide.
How it runs
Oho syncs from Oracle HCM on the schedule you set, so new starters, role changes, and terminations in Oracle HCM flow through to Oho on their own.
Note the integration user's credentials grant ongoing access to worker PII, so scope the account to read-only and rotate its password (or OAuth secret) periodically — set new credentials in the integration's settings, then retire the old ones in Oracle HCM.
