KeyPay

Beta

The KeyPay connector is in Beta. It's ready to use, and we're continuing to refine it as more customers connect their accounts.

Import your workers from KeyPay (Employment Hero Payroll), the payroll platform. Connecting KeyPay keeps your Oho worker list in step with your payroll system of record, so people don't have to be added in two places.

What it imports​

Workers from KeyPay, along with worker status (active or inactive) and organisation details. Oho reads your workforce through the KeyPay REST API.

What you'll need​

An API key generated in KeyPay, plus your Business ID. In KeyPay:

  • Go to My Account → API and generate a new API key.
  • Copy your Business ID from the KeyPay URL when viewing the business — the numeric id after /business/.
  • Paste the API key and business ID into the fields when you connect KeyPay in Oho.

There's no file to manage — Oho connects directly to the KeyPay API. See Get your auth details.

If your business is hosted outside Australia, set the Base URL under advanced options to your region's KeyPay host before connecting.

How it runs​

Oho syncs from KeyPay on the schedule you set, so new starters and terminations in KeyPay flow through to Oho on their own.
