ADP
The ADP connector is in Beta. It's ready to use, and we're continuing to refine it as more customers connect their accounts.
Import your workers and their current job from ADP (Workforce Now), the HR and payroll platform. Connecting ADP keeps your Oho worker list in step with your HR system of record, so people don't have to be added in two places.
What it imports
Workers and their primary job assignment from ADP, along with worker status (active or inactive), reporting lines, and organisation details such as business unit and work location.
What you'll need
An API application set up by your ADP administrator through ADP API Central (or the ADP Marketplace). Oho connects with the application's:
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- TLS Certificate and Private Key — ADP issues a certificate through its developer portal, and requires it on every connection
Make sure the application's subscription includes permission to read workers. There's no file to manage — Oho connects directly to the ADP API. See Get your auth details.
Note the certificate's expiry date: when it lapses the sync stops, so renew it in ADP and reconnect the integration before then.
How it runs
Oho syncs from ADP on the schedule you set, so new starters, role changes, and terminations in ADP flow through to Oho on their own.
If your ADP account is hosted in ADP's European data centres, you can point the integration at the EU addresses in its advanced settings.
