SAP SuccessFactors
The SAP SuccessFactors connector is in Beta. It's ready to use, and we're continuing to refine it as more customers connect their accounts.
Import your workers and their current job from SAP SuccessFactors, the HR platform. Connecting SuccessFactors keeps your Oho worker list in step with your HR system of record, so people don't have to be added in two places.
What it imports
Workers and their current job assignment from SuccessFactors, along with worker status (active or inactive) and organisation details such as department and work location.
What you'll need
An OAuth client registered in SuccessFactors by your administrator, under Admin Center → OAuth Configuration for OData. Oho connects with:
- API Key — issued when the client application is registered
- Company ID — your SuccessFactors company identifier
- API Server URL — your data centre's API address (for example,
apiXX.sapsf.com) - X.509 Certificate and Private Key — used to sign the sign-in request, the way ADP uses its certificate
When registering the client, enable SAML 2.0 Bearer Assertion and set the audience to www.successfactors.com. Make sure the client can read the worker fields Oho imports. There's no file to manage — Oho connects directly to the SuccessFactors OData API. See Get your auth details.
How it runs
Oho syncs from SuccessFactors on the schedule you set, so new starters, role changes, and terminations in SuccessFactors flow through to Oho on their own.
If your certificate is rotated in SuccessFactors, reconnect the integration with the new certificate.
