LiveHire

Import your people and their job history from LiveHire, the talent acquisition and recruitment platform. Connecting LiveHire keeps your Oho worker list in step with the people you hire, so they don't have to be added in two places.

Set up with Oho's help

LiveHire is configured to fit your environment, so it's connected through a short setup consultation rather than the self-serve builder. You request setup from the Integrations page and Oho's team configures the connection with you — there are no API keys or connection details for you to enter. For the full walkthrough, see the Connect LiveHire guide.

What it imports

Your people from LiveHire — your candidates and their application and job history — become workers in Oho. Credentials recorded against them map to Oho credential types, so they can be checked against the register. The exact records and history brought across are confirmed with you during setup, because they depend on how your LiveHire account is configured.

What you'll need

No connection details of your own. Oho's team handles the technical setup with your LiveHire administrator during the consultation. Before you request setup, it helps to have a LiveHire administrator who can grant access, the people and history you want imported, and the credential types you plan to verify in Oho. See Before you start in the connect guide.

How it runs

Once live, Oho syncs from LiveHire on the schedule agreed during setup, so new people and changes in LiveHire flow through to Oho on their own. Oho matches returning people on their upstream record ID, carried on source.externalId, so re-syncs update people in place rather than creating duplicates.
