MYOB
The MYOB connector is in Beta. It's ready to use, and we're continuing to refine it as more customers connect their accounts.
Import your workers from MYOB (AccountRight / MYOB Business). Connecting MYOB keeps your Oho worker list in step with your payroll system of record, so people don't have to be added in two places.
What it imports
Employee records from every MYOB company file your credentials can access, along with each worker's status (active or inactive), employee card ID, and contact email. The company file name is used as the worker's organisation.
What you'll need
A registered app on the MYOB Developer Centre and a one-time authorisation of that app against your my.MYOB account. Oho connects with the app's:
- API Key (client ID)
- API Secret (client secret)
- Refresh Token (from the one-time authorisation)
There's no file to manage — Oho connects directly to the MYOB Business API. If a company file is protected with file credentials, those can be supplied in the integration's advanced settings.
How it runs
Oho syncs from MYOB on the schedule you set, so new starters and deactivated employee cards in MYOB flow through to Oho on their own.
By default all company files your credentials can access are imported, and inactive employee cards are included and marked inactive. Both behaviours can be changed in the integration's advanced settings.
