Excel
Import your workers and the credentials they hold from an Excel spreadsheet. It's the simplest way to get a lot of people into Oho at once — fill in a template and Oho reads the rows.
What it imports
Workers and their credentials. Each row becomes a worker (or updates one that already exists), along with any credential details you've listed for them.
What you'll need
An Excel file (.xlsx) laid out in Oho's template format, with a column for each detail Oho needs — names, dates of birth, organisation, and any credential numbers. For every column, what it expects, and which are required, see the Spreadsheet column reference.
How it runs
You point the integration at your file and Oho imports it. Re-importing an updated file refreshes your workers, so it works for both a one-off load and a regular top-up.
