Rippling
The Rippling connector is in Beta. It's ready to use, and we're continuing to refine it as more customers connect their accounts.
Import your workers and their current job from Rippling, the HR platform. Connecting Rippling keeps your Oho worker list in step with your HR system of record, so people don't have to be added in two places.
What it imports
Workers and their current job assignment from Rippling, along with worker status (active or inactive) and their department as an organisation.
What you'll need
An API token created in Rippling's API Tokens app by your administrator. The token inherits the permissions of the person who created it, so make sure it can read workers (and, optionally, users and departments for fuller detail).
There's no file to manage. Oho connects directly to the Rippling API. See Get your auth details → API key or token, and rotate the token periodically as you would any password.
How it runs
Oho syncs from Rippling on the schedule you set, so new starters, role changes, and terminations in Rippling flow through to Oho on their own.
You can optionally limit the import to workers of a particular status (for example, only active workers) in the integration's advanced settings.
