Beta

The Deel connector is in Beta. It's ready to use, and we're continuing to refine it as more customers connect their accounts.

Import your workers and their job history from Deel, the global HR and payroll platform. Connecting Deel keeps your Oho worker list in step with your HR system of record, so people don't have to be added in two places.

What it imports​

Workers and their job history from Deel, along with worker status (active or inactive) and organisation details. Oho reads your workforce directory through Deel's HRIS API.

What you'll need​

An organisation token created in Deel, which Oho uses to authenticate over its HRIS API. In Deel:

  • Open the Developer Center and create an organisation token — not a personal or worker token.
  • Grant it the people:read scope so it can read your workforce directory.
  • Paste the token into the API Token field when you connect Deel in Oho.

There's no file to manage — Oho connects directly to the Deel API. See Get your auth details.

How it runs​

Oho syncs from Deel on the schedule you set, so new starters, role changes, and terminations in Deel flow through to Oho on their own.
