Understand Your Command Centre
The Command Centre is the home page you land on when you sign in to Oho. It gives you one view across your screening and compliance activity: recruitment checks out with candidates, the compliance position of your workforce, and fetch requests waiting on workers. Each card links to the page that holds the detail.
A quick read on what's moving and what needs you today, and the page to open next.
What you see depends on your access
The cards follow the parts of Oho your role and invite give you:
- Recruit access shows the Recruitment Check Requests card.
- Continuous access shows the Compliance card, the Fetch Requests card and the Needs Attention list.
- Super Admins see everything.
Every figure only counts the organisations you can see. Roles & access explains how access is set.
The cards
Recruitment Check Requests
- awaiting response: checks sent to a candidate that aren't finished yet. That covers checks just created, sent, opened, partly filled in, or submitted and still being verified.
- total checks and completed: every recruitment check, and the ones that are finished.
- View Requests opens the Recruitment Check Requests page, where you can follow up each one.
Compliance
- workers: active workers in the organisations you can see.
- Underneath, how many are compliant, at risk, critical, non-compliant and have no credentials. The non-compliant figure here leaves out critical workers, who are counted on their own. A group with nobody in it isn't shown.
- Data as of: when the compliance figures were last worked out. It matches the Compliance Overview, which reads the same figures.
- View Overview opens the Compliance Overview, which explains each figure in full.
Fetch Requests
- awaiting response: fetch requests sent to workers that aren't finished yet, counted the same way as recruitment checks.
- total requests and completed: every fetch request, and the ones that are finished.
- View Requests opens the Fetch Requests page.
Needs Attention
Below the cards, Needs Attention groups the workers who need action:
- Critical workers: revoked, not found or not current credentials. Deal with these first.
- Non-compliant workers: expired credentials or failed compliance rules.
- At-risk workers: credentials expiring soon or ban checks pending.
The heading changes to Requires Attention when there are critical workers. Each row opens the Compliance Overview, where the Requires Attention list breaks the same workers down by the problem they share. When nobody needs action, the list says so.
